    • Mr. Li, Zhiyue, known as Jerry Li, Deputy General Manager, Chief Financial Officer and Board Secretary of the Group, President of MicuRx USA, responsible for Finance Management, Capital Investment, and Investor Relations.
    • Mr. Li joined MicuRx in 2018 and has served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
    • He previously worked for China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries, and was Deputy Head of Treasury of Finance Department of China Resources (Holdings), CFO of China Resources Healthcare Group, and CFO of China Resources Phoenix Healthcare Holdings.
    • Prior to China Resources group, Mr. Li worked at Credit Agricole CIB, Shinhan Asia Limited, Hong Kong Monetary Authority, and Bank of China.
    • Mr. Li is a CFA Charterholder with Master in Finance from London Business School and Bachelor in Economics from Renmin University of China.
